Shipping policy

Orders typically ship within 2 business days but can occasionally take longer due to high demand, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Although accurate the vast majority of the time, delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

If your order has been marked as Delivered by the carrier, but you did not receive it or believe it has been stolen: we find that in 90% of cases, the package will turn up in the next 2 mail days (Monday-Saturday excluding holidays). If you still have not received your package after this time frame, please contact us by replying to the 'Order Delivered' email or any other email you have received from us regarding your order. We will confirm we have the correct shipping address and send you a free replacement with signature required upon delivery. This is to prevent another misdelivery or theft.

Please note that orders shipped outside the USA may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. There is no way for us to speed up this process and we cannot make any delivery timeline guarantees for orders shipped internationally.
